The traditional business model for beauty salons has always presented challenges for talented professionals trying to forge a career path and keep focus on their craft and established clientele. Professionals are faced with a large capital requirement, a commitment to maintaining regular business hours and the burden of becoming a business manager. Clients lack privacy, can't bring pets and worry about appearances. Rental chairs solve problems for the stylist but not for customers. The seemingly obvious solution is to create salon suites in Little Saigon, but new challenges still exist. For starters, development costs are much higher than a single salon. Worthy return on investment requires growth using a business model that has been refined over time. It was decided that Truth & Beauty Salon Suites would need to follow these key principles to be positioned for expansion.

Instead of creating a business that appeals only to Vietnamese, the founders used their diverse backgrounds and experience to design an equally appealing business for all Americans.

Instead of maximizing the number of salon suites and creating a maze of hallway, the uniquely designed floor plan has an urban feel and honors the building design, the community and the people.

Instead of copying what others are doing, flexible and appropriate support systems are planned with new thoughts about amenities.

We should seek to establish a comprehensive set of services at each location and foster the development of a collaborative referral community instead of competition.

Instead of a company-style customer service that seems to test the limits of everyone's patience, complete sincerity must be shown to help this talented new family of professionals thrive.
With this, we bring you "Truth & Beauty Salon Suites": designed for the success of its talented member community to promote beauty . . .the only thing that matters. Read more about our amenities, our locations, or take the next step to be licensed as a member by filling out our registration form.

The name of our company was inspired by the English poet John Keats through the poem "Ode on a Grecian Urn" poem. In England, from 1800 to 1850, people liked poetry for the views on sex and love. In the poem, the "Urn", or vase, becomes a person and talks to Keats. An image on the vase shows a group of men chasing a woman. He asked for an explaination of their behavior. The urn is brief and essentially says this:
Today, as back then, this statement is bold and controversial. We take the viewpoint of the urn. Beauty is all that matters.
